Updating just constantly circles - never stops for last few days, has pulled couple of payments in but not all today ( ive cleared all cahces etc) - what do i do next?

You could try log into your account on google chrome incognito window, see if it pulls them all in for you there. 

 Or try a different web browser like safari or different device or network.
