Using QB software is like trying to nail jelly to a ceiling. Why, on macOS using Safari, does your webpage freeze when trying to create an invoice or a customer?

Hello paul-emerton,

 

The preferred browser to use when accessing QuickBooks is Google Chrome. If you do not want to use that browser, then we suggest clearing your cache & cookies if you experience any issues with freezing/latency.
