specifically need to see this by day to day view.

e.g income £1,000 on 01 Jan, no expenses.

Income £1,000 on 02 Jan, £40 in expenses, total £1960.

Hi there, nicole_180-yahoo.

You can only run the Profit and Loss report to show your financial performance during a specific period. This reports the net income by detailing your business's revenues, gains, expenses, and losses.

I can walk you through how to pull up the report that will serve as your tool for understanding the profitability of your business.

  1. Go to the Reports tab located on the left panel.
  2. In the Business overview section, select Profit and Loss.
  3. Click on Customize to get the specific details you need on the report.
  4. Tap Run report.

I've also added this link for reference in customising reports in QuickBooks Online

You can also memorise reports in QBO to save its customisation settings.
