We can not send e mails to just one customer? Want to send invoices

We are new to quick books but still can’t send invoice to one of our customers. It says sent then come back with error?

What is the exact error you are getting for this customer when you send them an invoice? Could you send us a screenshot of what your getting so we can take a look into this more for you.
