We have been having invoice delivery issues for months, I see from the community that this is an ongoing issue. Is there an estimated resolution date from your engineers?

This has been an ongoing issue for months, the only workaround solutions provided by your team are clumsy and unprofessional. Unfortunately, my employer has asked me to find an alternative software solution unless this is fixed as soon as possible. Please advise.
