We have just updated the bank accounts in the usual way and the latest bank balances are now showing. However there are no transactions ahowing to review?

This has worked perfectly every fortnight to now - we are with Barclays.

Browser-related issues can cause delays of downloading bank transactions. Let's clear the browser's historical data. Then, go to the Banking page and click on the Update button again. 

 

Another reason could be that the bank is experiencing some issues with transferring data to QuickBooks Online. That's why there are no transactions in your Banking page. Let's allow them a couple of hours to completely download the bank transactions.

 

If it takes more than 24 hours and still no downloaded transactions, please reach out to us. We'll escalate it to our engineers so they can seek help to the bank representative to fix this online connectivity issue.

  1. Click on Help.
  2. Select Contact us.
  3. Enter Banking issue in the field and select Let's talk.
  4. Choose either Start a chat or Get a callback.
