Question

What do I do when transactions/bank cards are not updating in the app?Have tried refreshing, each card shows correctly but transactions don't change at all.

Have refreshed/synced data several times, have even contacted my bank to ensure information is being shared correctly  Has been says since it's updated, menual refreshes are doing nothing

First, let's clear the app data in your QuickBooks Online app. This will refresh the application and resolve any program-related issues. Here's how you can do it:


Android

 

  1. Select the menu at the top right and choose Settings.
  2. Then select Refresh Data and choose Yes.

 

iOS

 

  1. Select the menu at the top right and then choose Help & Feedback.
  2. Then select Refresh Data and Refresh.

 

If you're still getting the same results, I'd suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the app
