What happens if you email an invoice to a client and you have a bad email address? I emailed a dummy invoice to test@aol.com and have not had any notifications!

You can resend the invoice to the correct email address, info304.

 

It looks like QBO for the UK has made an exception to test@aol.com today. I tried sending an invoice to this email using my QBO US account, and got a delivery error as shown in the screenshot.

  1. Click the Gear icon and select Contact us.
  2. Enter a short description of the issue and click Let's talk.
  3. Choose from Chat or Get a callback.

Please be sure to update the email address of your customer to be sure they'll get your invoice email in the future.
