What is the Print Later option for in Recurring invoices?

Allow me to chime in and provide information about the Print Later feature in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

The Print Later option will allow you to batch print all of your invoices at once. When this option is checked, you'll see your invoice in your print queue. To check them, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Sales menu.
2. Choose All Sales and click the Filter option.
3. Choose Invoices on the Type field and Print Later in the Delivery method option.
4. Set the correct date.
5. Once done, click Apply.

This will show all the invoices on your print queue. To batch print them, simply check the box beside Date and select Batch actions then, choose Print transactions. 

In case you want to have a list of your customers’ outstanding balances, you can run the Accounts Receivable ageing summary report. This report will show you how much are still due and how long they're past due.
