What's going on with the scanning feature? It's shockingly bad now. It's got worse instead of better. Now there's not even a way to manually crop?!

I understand the desire for more control when capturing receipts and documents. The ability to manually crop scanned images can indeed be a convenient and beneficial feature. I recommend submitting your feedback directly to our development team. They actively evaluate user suggestions and frequently incorporate enhancements in future software updates. 

Here's how to send your product request:

1. Go to Settings and click Feedback.
2. Enter your comments or product suggestions. Then, select Next to submit feedback.

Moreover, you'll have the option to upload receipts and bills into the program. This will save you time creating transactions as QuickBooks will do it for you after uploading them.
