When emailing quotes or invoices from the QB app, they appear at my customer from a weird intuit address instead of from MY email address how do I fix this??

Welcome to the Community page, 

There is no way to be able to change it from the intuit email to your email im afraid, unless you send it from outside of Quickbooks from your actual email address by downloading the invoices and then send it using your email address account. You can leave it as feedback within the main cog wheel.
