When i generate a trial balance for a custom period it doesnt show transactions for whole period, how to correct this?

It's possible that you haven't customized the date correctly, osianwilliams86.

 

Let's try to pull up the report again and make sure that we customized the correct Report period. 

 

To do this, here's how:

  1. Go to the Reports tab.
  2. In the search field, type in Trial Balance.
  3. Then, click on the drop-down arrow in the Report period, or modify the date range.
  4. Click Run Report.

 

This steps will help you determine why some transactions aren't showing the whole period. I'll be right here if you need more help.
