When I logged on tonight all my categorised transactions are back in review. Why? I have 1,229 transactions to review.

Let's check why all categorized transactions went back to the For review tab, jane24.

 

Someone may have accidentally undone the added transactions. You can use the Audit log feature to check the user.

 

QuickBooks records the following in the audit log:

  • The date of any change to your books
  • The name of the user who made the change
  • The type of change or event
  • The name of any customer or supplier related to the change
  • Any original transaction date and amount.
     

Here's how to use it:

 

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks as the master admin.
  2. Go to Settings ⚙, then select Audit Log.
  3. Click Filter.
  4. Use the fields on the Filter panel to choose the appropriate UserDate, or Events filter to narrow the results.
  5. Click Apply.

For now, you can go back to the Banking page and categorize again your transactions.
