Question

When I’m confirming transactions, I’m trying to confirm some income which is in GBP, but when I confirm it, it changes to Euro.

So for example, I get some income which is £1000, when I confirm it, it changes to €1000 which then works out the exchange rate and think I’ve actually been only been paid £865

I want to make sure you get the help you need. 

To ensure we're on the same page, can you send a screenshot of the transactions you're trying to add in QuickBooks? Then, hide personal information when sharing it, so I can get a better picture of what's happening.

Ill have to do this in 2 messages…

 

So this is what comes up in the transactions to confirm… as you can see its in GBP, this is the currency I need it to be…

And then once I’ve confirmed it, it does this…

as you can see, the value gets changed to Euro, and then converted to GBP…
