When i open up a new invoice, i dont have the option "create recurring invoice" Is there something I need to do to make it visible?

Welcome, and thanks for visiting us here in the Community. I'm here to share and help make sure that you're able to create recurring invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

When you create or open a new invoice, the "Make recurring" option can be found at the bottom part of the screen between Print or preview and Customise. Also, please note that creating templates for recurring transactions is only available on the Essentials and Plus versions.

 

If you're using one of these versions and you're unable to see it, try signing into your QBO using a private browser (incognito). This will help us check if this is a browser-related (cache and cookies) issue.

 

Here's how:

 

  • Press Ctrl Shift (Google Chrome).
  • Ctrl Shift (Firefox).
  • Control Option (Safari).

 

If you're able to see it, return to your default browser and perform a clear cache to refresh the system. However, if the issue persists, try using other supported browsers.
