Question

When I opened the App I used to get a button to create new invoice, and could see live/due/overdue invoices, now I can't seem to access my invoices anywhere?

There's no invoices button on shortcuts anymore, or in 'ALL' options, can't see how to.access or create invoices on any menu.

I'd be glad to share with you the steps on how to access and record your invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO). 

 

Before we proceed, can you share me with the device you're currently using when creating an invoice? This way, I can provide you with the right steps in accomplishing your task. 

 

Right now, you can create an invoice by clicking the Hamburger icon in your mobile app. Then, select Invoices and tap the Plus icon. From the Invoice window page, enter your details and then click Save

You can also check this video as your reference in recording invoices in QBO. Please note that this is intended for QBO Canada region, however, you can still use the same steps in recording your transaction: How to Record an Invoice in the QuickBooks Mobile App.

Thank you. On android phone.

 

Unfortunately as I mentioned there is no longer an option for Invoices. There is 'invoice payments' on main menu, but that won't lead me to anywhere I can create a new invoice.

There used to be a button for create new invoice. It is no longer there!
