When I raise an invoice and save it, it immediately shows as deposited even though I have not sent it. How do I rectify this?

How can I rectify invoicing issues? My invoices save as ‘deposited’ all the time.

Hello Mike-England, can you go to the main cog wheel>account and settings> advanced> automation and make sure that both of these are toggled off Automatically apply credits and Automatically apply bill payments > save and when you then create an invoice and save it, it should not show as deposited for you.
