When I select a customer the transaction list doesn't appear. Why is this?

Even when I try in an incognito window there is no listing

We're unable to replicate an issue with this on our side. To check for any browser issues that may be causing this, please access using a different web browser or clear the cache and cookies on your current browser and then close and re-open this before logging back into QuickBooks.
