When I send a subcontractor invoice from email to Quickbooks that has a CIS deduction included on the invoice, Quickbooks does not account for the CIS deduction.

I have to go back to the invoice once it is posted, click on the category so it then registers the CIS deduction.  This is taking too much time, why can't quickbooks recognise the CIS when first inputting the invoice when sent directly from email into quickbooks?

Hi joanne28 Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community. QuickBooks doesn't have the functionality to include CIS deductions on invoices that are imported or forwarded by email. We have submitted your feedback to our developers and hopefully this is something that they maybe able to implement in the future.
