When I send invoices the customer cannot access the actual invoice anymore..

Hi blackcatcyclesno We do have a known issue at the moment where customer are unable to select the view invoice option as its greyed out, is this the issue that your customers/you're experiencing?

Hi John, 

Yes, that is the issue. It is causing me major issues, as I now have to download each invoice & forward it to the customer. When will this be resolved please?

Hello Blackcatcyclesno, thanks for clarifying that, we currently have an investigation on this that we will add you to, and soon as there are any updates we will let you know via email. currently, there is no ETA on this but our engineers are working on getting it resolved as soon as possible.
