Question

When I try to upload a manual bank transactions using QBP Plus - I cannot select the account.

I cannot use online bank transactions but I download the CSV file - when I go into the upload menu QBO comes back asking me what account is this in relation to - only problem is QBO will not let me select the actual account - no accounts are listed.

To check for any browser issues that may be causing this, please begin by uploading the file by signing into QuickBooks through a different web browser or incognito window.

 

If you're able to select the account there, consider clearing the cache and Intuit-specific cookies on your preferred browser to allow QuickBooks to load as expected on your next visit.

Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser. If the same error persists, use the trial version of csv2qbo converter tool to isolate the problem.
