When i upload invoices and i enter text in the memo field, it shows up on the memo of the statements. is there a way that the memo should show up on the actual invoice?

I recognize the significance of avoiding memos on the customer statements in QuickBooks Online (QBO), yitzchok. I'm here to provide insights on this matter.

 

Currently, the option to prevent the memo when uploading invoices is unavailable in QBO. Once you enter a text in the memo field, that information will appear on the customer statements. 

 

I'd recommend sending a feature request directly to our Product Development team. This helps us improve your experience and the features of the program. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear menu and then select Feedback.
  2. Type in your feature request in the description box.
  3. Once done, click on Next.
