Question

When I write an invoice and save it it goes straight to paid. It’s not giving me the chance or option to send it to the customer. This is a new problem.

Thanks for joining us here on the Community. 

 

Please check that you do not have the automation feature enabled which will automatically apply any credits on the customer account as payments, by going to the Cog Wheel > Account and settings > Advanced > Automation > Automatically apply credits.
