Question

When is coop business banking going to have auto transactions available. I have been with qb for a while and have been because of auto transactions import.

Welcome to the Community page, 

 

We currently have no time frame of when exactly the Co-operative bank will be on open banking. Our banking engineers are working alongside the co-op to get it all sorted but it is taking longer than expected. You will have to continue to CSV your transactions in until there is an available connection.

Hi still waiting on quickbooks to linka gain to coop. Coop has had its open banking system set up now for a few months. What date can we expect quickbooks to connect ?  Such a drain this link was broken when it worked before.

Hi wezers, 

 

We've released a new enhanced standard feed connection which will allow you to connect your Co-op account to your QuickBooks, you can add this by going to Banking > Add account and selecting the relevant link for 'The Co-operative Bank (UK) - Business Banking' or 'The Co-operative Bank (UK) - Personal and Credit Card'.

 

If you still have the old feed connected, you'll need to disconnect this first by going to Accounting > Chart of Accounts > Select the drop-down beside the account > Edit > Select 'disconnect this account on save ' and save.
