Question

When trying to send a invoice with an attachment it constantly says new info exists then fails to send. This happens on iPad mini using qb online app. Help me please!

Hi @1stcalldrainage,

 

Sometimes, unexpected behavior is caused by corrupted data or app. Let's update your app to get this resolve. The instructions below are sure to help get your invoices sent.

 

  1. Go to Menu ☰, and then Help & Feedback.
  2. Click Refresh Data
  3. Tap Refresh to confirm.
