When updating my bank balance, it says updated and the bank balance is correct. However, QuickBooks hasn't brought in any transactions to process

Since no transactions appeared after updating the bank, I suggest logging in QBO via a private browser. There may be too much data saved in your browser, which is why you encountered unusual behavior.
 

Use these keyboard shortcuts based on the browser you're using. 

 

  • For Internet Explorer of Firefox, press Ctrl + Shift + P.

  • For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N.

  • For Safari, hold down Command + Shift + N.

 

If it works in incognito, clear the cache of your regular browser. Doing this helps QBO to function more efficiently. You can check out this article that will provide more information: Clear my browser cache and temporary Internet files.

 

If you get the same issue while using a private browser, I recommend to use other supported browser as alternatives.
