Question

When updating the banking page, the balance is updating & correct, but I'm not getting any transactions detailed. All seems fine with online bank & connection. Any ideas?

Good day @morton-farm9,

 

Let's go over a few steps to try and get your online bank connection to download transactions again.

 

These are:

  1. Clear your browser's cache. We do this so we can isolate a possible issue with your browser.
  2. Try to do another manual update. Your online bank will try to download those recent transactions that weren't downloaded earlier.
  3. Try your browser's private window and see if there's a difference.
    • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
    • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
    • Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
    • Safari: Command + Shift + N
  4. You can also try to log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) company in a different browser. See if that works.

If you continue to have the same issue after trying the steps above, I suggest contacting our Technical Support team for assistance. To further investigate this issue requires pulling up your account info, and our Technical Support team can do that in a secure environment.
