When using the app on my phone, I cannot enter a transaction manually as it won't show a date to add

Hi @tanyabraeman42-g.

 

Let's ensure that the application is updated to the latest release. If it is, let's try resetting the data to refresh the mobile app. Let me guide you how:

  1. Go to More Options ⋮,
  2. Select Settings, then tap Refresh Data,
  3. Tap Yes.

 

If you're using an iOS device, follow these steps:

 

  1. Go to Menu ☰
  2. Select Help & Feedback, then tap Refresh Data,
  3. Tap Refresh.

 

If the same thing happens, I'd recommend using a supported browser in the meantime to enter transactions manually when you sign in to QuickBooks Self-Employed.
