Where does the memo field pull from in invoicing or how do i write in this section?

Hello Helen-osbondandt, Thanks for the Community page, 

 

The memo field comes from the customer statement section on the invoice. When the memo field will and will not print. If you are asking for the reporting if you enter info in the customer statement it will show on reports under memo for you.
