Where has the 'Outstanding Supplier Invoices' and 'Total Supplier Invoices' totals gone from the top of the 'Suppliers' page?

It's nice to see you here today, @gill3,

 

I want to make sure you're able to track your suppliers transactions in the Suppliers page.

 

Before anything else, when you say the Outstanding Supplier Invoices and Total Supplier Invoices are gone, are you referring to the colored money bar?

 

If yes, I've checked my resources to see if there are any reported cases similar to yours, but I found none. In the meantime, let's try accessing your QBO account on a private browser. I need to check if the issue is caused by the data in your cache. Once your browsing data stores up, it can cause performance issues in the web pages.

 

Check out these keyboard shortcuts based on the browser you're using:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

If this works, clear your browser's cache to clear your browsing history.
