There was a server outage causing the 502-gateway issue it also was causing some different behaviour in QuickBooks, so it is possible that was affecting the class lists as well. Our engineers are stabilising the issue.You should find that the intermittent issues you are getting stop altogether, more information can be found in this link
Let us know if you get anymore strange performance in any section of QuickBooks
