Where have the monthly charts gone?

Until very recently, there was a graph icon on the bottom and a facility to see income and highest expenses. 
This seems to have disappeared, along with other bits that I used weekly and it really helped to keep an eye on expenses. 
Does anyone know if it’s gone permanently, because if it has, I’m cancelling my sub.

Thank you for verifying your operating system, Cg. Let's troubleshoot the application to ensure your monthly charts are available. I'm here to walk you through the process.

 

Over time, the cache on your phone accumulates unnecessary data, causing the app to behave unexpectedly. To resolve this, please follow the steps below to clear the app's cache.

 

  1. Go to Settings and select General.
  2. Click iPhone Storage, then tap the QuickBooks Online (QBO) app.
  3. Hit Offload App to free up the storage without deleting its documents and data.

 

After performing these steps, power cycle your device. If the problem persists, uninstall and reinstall the app.

 

As a workaround, you can run a Profit & Loss report in your mobile app to monitor your income and expenses.

 

That said, could you please share a screenshot of the available icons on your app’s end? This will help us visualize your concern and provide a more targeted resolution.
