Where is the receipt capture located? I can’t find the place to snap and store receipts such as coffee, team lunch etc

The Receipt Forwarding feature is currently unavailable in QBO UK, joe83.

Although, you can take a picture of the receipt and manually attach it to the expense transaction. Here's how:

1. Take a picture of the receipt and save it on your computer or phone. 
2. Open the expense transaction.
3. Scroll down to the bottom part of the transaction and click Attachments.
4. Look for the document and click on it.
5. Click Open to automatically upload the receipt.
6. Click Save. 

You can also follow these steps if you want to see all uploaded attachments:

1. Go back to the Gear icon.
2. Click Attachments under Lists.

You can also look for a third-party scanning app in the App Center. Just go to the Apps menu and select Find Apps.
