QuickBooks Online and Self-Employed versions for the UK currently supports entering invoices in the system individually. 

 

To track invoices in batch, you'll need to look for a third-party application that integrates with QuickBooks and supports this functionality. You can also visit our app site to check for the app that suits your business needs. Just click on this link: Find the right apps for your business.

As far as I know, the batch invoicing feature is only available in QBO Advanced (US version). You may consider any QBO plan of UK version (not QBSE) and integrate it with a billing management app.
