Question

Why are my attachments sometimes not uploading?

When entering receipts,  the photo attachments often don't upload.

How are you entering them into your account? Are you doing it on the app version or the web browser version?

On the app. It's never been a problem I  the past, but now for some reason the photograph attachment doesn't always upload

Hi pwaterhousedartm, thanks for reporting this - are you using the iOS or Android app, and does the problem persist after uninstalling and reinstalling the app to the latest version?
