Why are my bank details not showing on my sent invoice

Hello, @kraignoaman-iclo.

 

When creating an invoice, you'd want to make sure to manually enter your payment details. You can preview the invoice before sending it to your clients to review its details.

Let's isolate your concern by creating an invoice and sending it to your own email address. If you see the bank details, you can try deleting and recreating your client's invoice. Then, send it to your client. 

 

Also, you can advise your client to try using a private browsing window when viewing their invoices. It's possible that this odd behaviour is browser-related. You can use any of these keyboard shortcuts to open a private/incognito browser:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + N
