Why are my invoices printing blank since my computer software has updated

All of the text on my invoices is not printing, just the colour boxes and lines

To resolve the majority of printing issues in QBO, you can update Adobe Reader/Acrobat to the most recent version or repair your Adobe installation. Updating, repairing, or reinstalling Adobe Reader/Acrobat is a straightforward process that can be done by doing a few simple steps.

 

To update the Adobe Reader/Acrobat, you can visit the Adobe website for the step-by-step process.

 

Once updated, try to print the invoice again. If the same thing happens, proceed with repairing your Adobe installation.

 

  1. Close Acrobat/Reader and all open web browser windows.
  2. Select the Start button at the bottom left of your screen.
  3. Type Control Panel, then press Enter.
  4. Click Programs and Features.
  5. Tick Acrobat or Adobe Reader, then Uninstall/Change.
  6. In the Setup dialog box, select Next.
  7. Hit Repair, then Next.
  8. Select Install.
  9. Once complete, select Finish.
  10. Restart your computer.
  11. Log back into QBO, then try to print.
