Why are my reciept snaps taken on phone not showing on my desktop now

This is unusual, maxeyrick-aol-co.

 

Usually, after you snap the receipt and tap the Use this photo button, the file will be automatically added to the Receipts tab in the Banking menu.

 

Since the receipts are missing, I'd recommend accessing your QuickBooks Online account via a private window. This is a good place to determine if this is a browser-related issue. Here are the keyboard shortcuts: 

 

  • Safari: Command + Shift + N
  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + P

 

Once logged in, go to the Banking menu to review the receipts. If it works, let's clear the browser's cache to ensure the program performs efficiently. Otherwise, you can use other supported browsers. They also provide the best and most secure experience with QuickBooks.
