Why are my supplier invoices not showing up on the dashboard, I'm just setting the company up?

Your supplier's bill will be totaled in the Expenses tile of the Dashboard, depending on some conditions. I'm happy to give more details about this.

  • If you use the Accrual accounting method, your bill will only be counted as an expense when it's paid.
  • If you use stock (inventory) items, the bills will only be considered as an expense when they are sold.
  • The dates of the bills or their payment dates have to be within the period that is specified in the Expenses tile (see screenshot).
