Why are the 'Transfer from' and 'Transfer To' drop-down selections disabled, when I am trying to categorise a bank transaction as a Transfer. Only happens using the app?

Could you try to refresh the app/ reset the app and see if that resolves it if not it would be a case of you having to do this on the web browser version instead.
