Why are you taking so long to process mandates at the moment? I still can't use one which a client returned on June 10th

Are you referring to mandates not importing from GoCardless? If so, our engineers are already working to fix this as soon as possible. For now, it would be best to contact our support team to add your details to the list of affected users. Here’s how to reach them:

  1. Click Help at the top. 
  2. Select Contact us. 
  3. Provide a brief information about your concern. 
  4. Click Let’s talk. 
  5. Select Get a callback.
