Why aren’t my invoices sending?

An email may not be delivered or may bounce back if the email address is incorrect or if there is a temporary issue with the recipient's email server, Jandl. Let's make sure to use the correct email address for each customer account to ensure they get their invoices and pay you on time.


Here's how:

 

  1. Navigate to the Sales menu on the left panel and select Customers.
  2. From the list, click on the customer's name you're working on to see more details.
  3. On the customer's profile, click the Edit button in the upper right to view more information.
  4. In the Name and contact section, go to the Email field and check the email address. If it's incorrect, enter the right one.
  5. Click Save to keep the changes.
