Why can I not upload pictures of my receipts to QB when previously I could. Thanks

I’m wanting to upload taken receipt pictures from my iPhone.

Hi carl7,

 

Let's troubleshoot this issue by uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Then, launch it and upload the receipt again. 

 

If you are still unable to upload, please access QBO using a browser. Then, attach the receipt from there.

 

I would also recommend you to report this to us so we can escalate it to our engineers. 

  1. Please click on the Help menu.
  2. Select Contact us.
  3. Enter Can't upload a receipt and click on Let's talk.
  4. Choose a way to reach us.
