Sometimes locally saved internet cache files can lead to unexpected behavior in the product, info-sedgespetst.

This might be a simple webpage sync issue, so you can refresh the Banking page by pressing the F5 button. Another thing to try is to log out and log back in.

Sometimes QuickBooks Online stops working properly because your browser is overloaded with site data. Open QuickBooks in a private or incognito window to see if the problem is with your browser. This can assist us in eliminating any cache-related problems that may have contributed to the troubles. To open it, press these shortcut keys:

  • Google Chrome: Press CTRL + Shift + N.
  • Safari: Press Command + Shift + N.
  • Mozilla Firefox: Press CTRL + Shift + P.

If the steps above work, I suggest clearing your browser's cache to boost browser-related issues. Some stored data on your browser can impact the data being transmitted, thus causing some unusual responses.

In case private browsing doesn't work, I'd recommend using different browsers. They'll provide you with the best and most secure experience with QuickBooks. For more details, please see this article: System Requirements For QuickBooks.

When you're able to connect the accounts with the downloaded bank entries, you can start categorising them for your books. Check this article if you need a guide: Categorise and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

I want to make sure everything is taken care of for you, please let me know how it goes or if you have any other issues or concerns. Take care!
