Question

Why can't I find an estimate in 'estimates'? I've invoiced the work but customer is now disputing some extra work he needs is under the scope of original estimate.

Hi cotswoldelectric, thanks for posting on the Community today

 

The All sales page (Take me there) will show transactions dated within the last 12 months by default. You can use the Type, Date, and Customer fields to help narrow down the results. 

 

If you can't see the estimate listed there, try using the Search function instead (select the Magnifying glass and Advanced search).
