Why can’t I see past transactions anymore? I process quite a few a day so need to go back and check?

In order to view your past transactions, you’ll want to filter the date properly. This way, QuickBooks will break down all transactions for that certain period.

Here’s how:

1. Go to the Transactions menu.
2. In the Last 12 months dropdown, select the date.
3. You can also select the account and the type of transactions.
