You can run some steps to isolate why you're unable to see transactions.

 

To start with, you can open QuickBooks on an incognito window. It is the best place to identify any piled up junks. You can use these keyboard keys to open one:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Shift N

 

If you're able to see the transactions, you can go back to a regular browser and clear its cache. Once a browser is full of previously accessed sites, it can cause unexpected issues on the opened pages like QuickBooks.

 

You also have the option to switch to a different browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge.
