Hi there, @deenniselproj-gm.

I'm here to make certain that your clients can open the invoices right away. This way, they can examine the details swiftly.

Unable to open invoices is usually the result of outdated or corrupt cache files in your web browser. Not to worry, you can fix this by doing some basic troubleshooting steps.

To start, let your clients log in  their email provider (Gmail, Outlook, Hotmail, Yahoo) through incognito and open the invoice from there. This browser doesn't store cache. This way, we can check if it's a browser-related issue.

Here are the keyboard shortcuts:

  • Ctrl Shift (Google Chrome)
  • Ctrl Shift (Firefox)
  •  Control Option (Safari)
  •  Ctrl + Shift + P (Microsoft Edge)

If they can successfully open it, let them go back to their regular browser and clear the cache to clean the slate.

After your clients have paid the amount, you can now mark the invoice as paid. Follow the instruction below.

  1. Choose Invoice on the left side, then find the transaction in the list.
  2. Click the small arrow icon in the Action column.
  3. Select Mark as paid
