Why do my clients have to click “view invoice” three times to see my invoices? This is attracting complaints and making my business look bad.

Your client's browsing history and cache can be the reason why they're having issues with viewing your invoices for them. You can let them perform a few browser troubleshooting steps so they can easily access it.

 

To start with, let them view your invoice using a private or incognito window of their browser. Share these key shortcuts with them so they can easily open it with their browser:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox and Safari: Ctrl + Shift + P

If it works without issues, let them clear their regular browser’s cache to delete all the history and make their browser to function efficiently. If it doesn't work, consider letting them access your invoice using other browsers.
