Why do my invoices and estimates send through as a load of code followed by the image of invoice? It looks like a mess to the clients. Thanks, Liam

I know what happened here and how we can fix it, liam-brierley-cw.

The invoices and estimates look like a code because you set the Online delivery to HTML. Here's how you can change it:

1. Click the Gear icon in the upper-right corner and select Account and settings.
2. Select the Sales tab and go to the Online delivery section.
3. Select Online invoice or Plain text in the Additional email option for invoices field.
4. Click Save and Done.

This will only affect your future transactions that you will send to your customers.
